Short and sweet...
'95: Travelled the east coast of Australia (Melbourne, Sydney) selling flash.
'97: Started an apprenticeship at Impact Ink Perth, Western Australia, working hard tattooing backpackers, sailors and ladies of the night.
’99: Moved to Melbourne and started two weeks later at Tattoo Connection, Wantirna South. I made a comfortable home here for eight years, learning to be diverse in style, flexible in Pilates and highly skilled in the secret art of chicken fighting.
’07: After my facial scratches finally healed, I felt it was time to call it stumps and create my own shop, with the help of Brian Graydon; a utopia of tranquil pain...KORPUS.
This new studio, in Brunswick, Melbourne, is the result of our hard labour.
KORPUS isn’t just a tattoo studio, it’s an arts space; a place where the vibe is relaxed and the witty repartee is a-flowing.
Opening our doors on October 1, 2007 we are an appointment-only studio, and bookings can be done by venturing to 1 Sparta Place, Brunswick, Melbourne (just off Sydney Rd/Victoria St).
Chances are you’ll find me milling around, causing a nuisance and cracking gags with Brian.
